Shipping Carriers We ship all orders via DHL and DPD, two of Europe's most reliable logistics providers.
Processing & Dispatch Days Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- 🇩🇪 Within Germany: 2–4 business days
- 🌍 Within Europe: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing (for non-EU shipments), and carrier delays during peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time via the DHL or DPD website.
